Avery is a comic artist, letterer, and editor based in Savannah, Georgia. He is a recent graduate of the Savannah College of Art and Design, where he majored in sequential art and minored in printmaking. In addition to his studies, he is an Executive Editor at the grassroots publisher Level Ground Comics.

Avery enjoys making introspective, character-driven stories, more often than not in either sci-fi or historical settings. He also has a passion for making zines and mini comics and finding ways to bring comics and printmaking together.

When he is not making art, Avery can be found reading science fiction, playing indie platformers, and watching old TV shows.
